We’re now looking for a driven, energetic, and results-focused Sales Executive to join our expanding team full-time.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding DealToday’s network of partners across multiple sectors including hospitality, wellness, entertainment, retail, and services. You will identify potential partners, pitch creative deal concepts, negotiate agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships with businesses of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business partners across Malta.
  • Pitch DealToday’s value proposition and tailor offers to each business.
  • Develop creative deal concepts that benefit both partners and our customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Maintain and nurture strong long-term relationships with partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and Lovin Malta teams for campaign success.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent DealToday professionally at meetings, events, and industry functions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales — ideally in media, advertising, hospitality, or e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; Maltese is a strong plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and basic CRM tools.
