The Fibell InnovaGoods water-filled kettle bell is extremely versatile due to its original dead-weight design which adapts itself to the desired type of exercise and level of intensity. It enables a wide range of movements: lifting, loading, throwing, balancing, pulling, rowing and pushing. All the muscles of the body work at a greater intensity and simultaneously to control and balance the movement of the water, thereby multiplying the training results.

It has two filling nozzles: one for putting in the desired amount of water (without going over 10 L) and another for letting in air with the inflation pump that is included, until the kettle bell becomes firm and consistent.
The unstable movement of the water will make you use more strength than conventional weights to balance your movements when doing exercise, thereby it will work your muscles more actively. It also helps to stay concentrated and stimulates motor learning.
